  • 2 cups of water or milk (almond milk, oat milk, or cow’s milk work well!)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

How to make apple cinnamon oatmeal

  1. In a medium saucepan, stir together the oats, water or milk, and salt.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low.
