Coronavirus (COVID-19) Delivery Update

Due to high volume of order and reduced service from courier their is expected delay. Please allow at least 7-10 working days to get delivered.

• If your order is dispatch over the weekend, the courier will not collect until the Monday.
• Royal Mail Customer Service Points – Temporary Change in Opening Hour

Royal Mail has changed the opening times of our Customer Services Points in their local delivery offices. Their largest locations will be open between 07:00-11:00 am. All other Customer Service Points will be open between 07:00-09:00 am. All will be closed on Wednesday and Sunday. 

If you have not received your order after 7 working days after receiving a dispatch notification, please contact our Customer Service department on info@skinnymixes.co.uk  and we will open an investigation with the courier and resolve any issues quickly.
