Skinny Watermelon Mint Mojito

Ingredients

  • 1 liter bottle of Skinny Mixes Mojito
  • 10oz (1.25 cups) white rum
  • 1/2 cup club soda
  • 1 cup watermelon chunks
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime
  • Ice
  • Watermelon + lime wedges + mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill pitcher halfway up with ice.
  2. Add 1 cup of watermelon chunks + 10 mint leaves into cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Squeeze in juice of 1/2 lime.
  4. Shake + pour into pitcher.
  5. Add 1 liter bottle of Skinny Mixes Mojito.
  6. Add 10 oz (1.25 cups) of white rum
  7. Top with a splash of club soda.
  8. Stir.
  9. Pour into glasses garnished with watermelon, lime & mint. Makes 10 servings!
