- 1 mashed banana
- 2 figs cut and diced
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 heaping tbsp of greek yogurt
- 1 tbs Sugar Free Salted Caramel Syrup
- 50ml unsweetened almond milk
- 3g of chia seeds
- 36g crumbled Weetabix
In a large bowl beat 2 eggs, combine mashed banana, figs (leaving a few extra for toppings), greek yogurt, Sugar Free Salted Caramel Syrup, almond milk. chia seeds and crumbled Weetabix. Mix together until blended. Pour into loaf tin and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
