- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1 scoop protein
- 1/4 cup finely diced apple pieces
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp Brown Sugar Cinnamon Skinny Syrup
- 1 serving apple pie flavored almond and cashew butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except the butter in a bowl. Nonstick spray a mini loaf pan. Pour batter into a pan. Put in oven and bake for 8 minutes. Top with Apple butter.
