High Protein Peanut Butter Muffins
Instructions
- 180g instant oats (similar to oat flour)
- 25g protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2-3 bananas mashed
- 1 egg
- 100g 0% greek yogurt
- 100ml almond milk
- 110g smooth peanut butter
- 3-4 tbsp Sugar Free Caramel Pecan Syrup
Directions
Mix together wet and dry ingredients in seperate bowsl. Add the dry ingredients into the wet. Pour into muffin mouls. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degress.
