Ingredients for 8 big cookies or 12 medium-size cookies

  • 1 ½ cups of oat flour
  • 1 egg

  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  • ¼ cup of your preferred vegetable oil 
  • ⅔ cups of sugar-free chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

How to make oatmeal cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a bowl, mix together the oat flour, baking soda, and salt
